So maybe I’m biased, but is that not the cutest baby you have ever seen!? I mean really..I’m obsessed! Those eyes, and the chubby cheeks.. Ok, moving on..A large percentage of the pattern tests I do are for Girl’s patterns, which means I don’t sew for my boys often enough! Lucky for this guy, Amy of Peek-a-Boo Pattern Shop is expanding her Lullaby Line and put a call out for testers. Amy’s patterns are always great, so I quickly applied and was lucky enough to be selected! The Lullaby Line is a collection of PDF patterns for baby basics. You can find the entire Lullaby Line HERE.
It consists of a carseat canopy. sleep sack, onesie & lap tee, overalls, baby gown, basic pants and shorts, hats, scratch mitts, and now – these darling Snap PJ’s.
The pattern comes in sizes Preemie – 4T. Can I just say that I love when patterns include a preemie size? All 3 of my nieces were preemie size at birth, and when the first 2 were born, there really weren’t a whole lot of Preemie patterns out there! Or even Newborn size! My very first nephew is due in April, and if he follows the trend of his 3 big sisters, he will be teeny too! But according to the doc, he’s measuring big. (I’m still hoping he’s kind of teeny! But healthy 🙂 )
The pattern features a stylish asymmetrical snap placket down the front, footies to keep those little toesies warm, optional elastic at the ankle to help keep the footie on, and cuffed sleeves. Amy’s patterns are always amazing & straightforward with a color photo tutorial and easy to assemble pattern pieces. If you’re ever stumped, there are tons of people in her Facebook Group who are always willing to jump in and help!
