For Maci’s top, I made the size 6 with 3/4 sleeves, tunic length, and left the bottom hem raw. I used a drapey floral cotton blend jersey for the body, this striped jersey for the sleeves, and a solid navy Cotton/Lycra for the neckband – all from Girl Charlee Fabrics.

I love this simple version I made in testing, and can’t wait to make some fancier ruffled versions, too!

Here are the details for the Mama’s Blair Top:

Colored sizes from Grey-Red (Bust 30″-51″)

Short, 3/4, or Long raglan Style Sleeves

Single or double ruffle hem options

I LOVE the Mama version! It is a slightly slimmer version, and is fitted through the chest and straight through the hips. The V-neck is a little deeper on the Mama version and so flattering! I made a size Green, 3/4 sleeve, tunic length Mama Blair and again left the bottom hem raw. I used the same fabrics I listed above 🙂

I have actually never done a V-neck top before, but with Megan’s instructions, I nailed it on the first try! I love that I learn something new almost every time I test a pattern. It really gives me extra motivation to learn and practice new techniques and expand my sewing horizons!

Don’t mind Maci’s cheetah print boots here – she absolutely insisted on wearing them! And Cheetah is basically a neutral, right?! I love love love having matching/coordinating Mommy & Me outfits with my baby girl, and I will soak up every minute that Maci allows it to happen! These days won’t last forever!

And we can’t forget the release sale! For a limited time, the Mama & Girl’s Blair are available together as a BUNDLE for $10! $10, for both patterns!
